Regal Interactive will never utilize the data on visitors of her websites to send offers of products or services (direct marketing, e-mail spam etc.). Regal Interactive does not share the data about the visitors of its websites with third parties. When “technical characteristics” of a request, click, show, search request or similar it implies: requested url, ip-number, time, HTTP-referer-url (possibly including your search terms at a search engine), user-agent string, browser type, screen resolution and such. We will not (even if we could) trace what ip-number is used by whom and when and we can thus not link this data to your persona.

Regal Interactive does not register any exclusive personal date, relating to for instance religion, health, sexual preference, race, political preferences and the like. Regal Interactive can not be held accountable for the privacy policy of sites we have built, designed or programmed for third parties.

Web visits
Whenever you visit our website the technical characteristics of your requests are recorded in so called logfiles. These data will only be kept for statistical analysis for a couple of months. We will not (even if we could) trace which ip-number is used at what moment and we can thus not link this data to your persona.

Contact forms and e-mail
When you fill in and send a contact-, registration- of information form on our website, or send us an e-mail, the data you have sent us together with the technical characteristics will be stored as far as to the nature of the form and your message it is necessary or reasonable for a complete answer, processing and/or justification as a response to your message. Your message could be included in our e-mail archive, where it could be kept up to 7 years or longer because of backup procedures and the legal Data Retention.

Exceptions: abuse, obligations
When, in our verdict, there is a case of abuse of improper use of our facilities, we can ban certain ip-numbers and/or e-mail addresses for definite or indefinite periods. In case of types of abuse where third parties and their interests are harmed we can relay the concerned data to these third parties. In case of abuse we can attempt to trace back the data to your persona, in order to be able to contact you, a parent, guardian, teacher, supervisor, manager, ultimate responsible or suchlike, or in order to file charges and/or appeal to court. Regal Interactive will hand over data when this is held obligatory by the authorities.

Requests to Regal Interactive
Wherever a “written request” to Regal Interactive is mentioned in this privacy statement, you can initially send it in by contact form or e-mail. Because of the many types of abuse of online communications (under which form spam and e-mail spam), we can not guarantee that such a request will reach us. Additionally experience teaches us that the online requests are often incomplete or inaccurate and do not contain all data necessary for us to process the request. We only hold ourselves responsible for a fitting reaction to an actual written request. This means: in the form of a proper letter, typed or legibly written on paper, provided with the name and address of the sender, dated and signed, including a clear request of all necessary data, delivered by post to the address of establishment of Regal Interactive.
